The right-hand column does not come to us. That's your payment provider's fee for card and PayPal — we pass it on unchanged and add nothing. Orders paid in cash carry no such fee at all. How high it turns out depends on how your guests pay: a card payment costs about half what a PayPal payment does. The column shows a real average across our orders.
Our commission is net, plus VAT — which you reclaim as input tax.
And when your guests order more at a time, you pay us less: at 35 euros per order, the same 10,000 euros in revenue costs only about 86 euros.
