Questions about an order

For issues with an ongoing order (delivery, payment, cancellation), please contact [email protected]with your order number. You can find the order number in the app under "Orders".

Delete your account & data

You can have your account and all associated data deleted at any time — in two ways:

• In the app: open Profile → Delete account and confirm the deletion.
• By email: write to [email protected]from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete account". We process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted: your user account, profile and contact details, saved delivery addresses, favourites, and your in-account order history.

What we must retain: invoice and transaction records for completed orders are kept for up to 10 years for tax and commercial-law reasons (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). This data is deleted once the statutory retention period expires and is stored only for that purpose in the meantime.
